The was very hot , the staff was very un helpful and did not know everything or how to do their job. The manager D and the front desk attendant. Gigi should all be fired as well as the night attendant Saturday night that was there at 8:30 till 9:30 .

nfortunately, we encountered several issues during our stay. While the hotel itself was very nice, our first morning we woke up freezing because the heater wasn’t working. We asked to have it checked while we were out for the day, but when we returned that evening nothing had been done and the room temperature was still only 63, even though it was set to 72. We were moved to a different room, which we appreciated; however, the heater in the new room rattled loudly throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. I mentioned this to the front desk the following morning but, unfortunately, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience.

The staff was polyparoting the managers. And they were rude beyond, disbelief. The moto for the facility saiys if you do not like our facility the nights on us, in so many words. Not my kind of friendly service
