Clean but penny pinching hotel

Overall the hotel was very clean and the room was as well. Beds were comfortable. Service at the bar was great, our server/ bartender was very friendly and the food came out pretty quick. Now the cons- the valet parking was full, which is fine but we had to park on the road outside the hotel. Nobody at the front desk seemed to know if I had to pay the meter again the next morning. I feel like they should know that?Also this seems like a very penny pinching hotel. $16 for breakfast ? Shouldn’t that be included considering the price we paid ? I Needed water later at night, found a couple in the room. $3 price tags on them. Just crazy honestly, guess I’m confused how WATER couldn’t even be included in the price. If you only plan on sleeping here then it’s fine but if you’re booking a few day trip look elsewhere.
