First, check in was complicated. My wife's name was included along with wrong resident address on the receipt. Plus, we were charged with a enormous deposit amount taken out of my checking account ($500 +). Furthermore, we endured a room a barn type door used for both the bathroom and coat closet plus foot stomping noise on the room above. The daily complete breakfast was delightful. No drawers for clothes/accessories/undergarments. We lived out of our luggage instead. Parking was great. No place to eat nor microwave worked poorly. Towels became plentiful on the last day of our stay. The staff was cordial, polite and professionalism with signs of empathy. Compared to our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites in Ridgeland, MS on 10-17Jul25. This Hampton Inn was the worst of my Expedia Experiences and possibly my last!

The bed was horrible and no shampoo or body was in shower. Two conditioners and lotion... The staff was incredible! Seemed to be pretty pet friendly!

Check-in was slow & one of my three rooms weren't ready. Check-in was 3:00 & this was at 3:30. Female desk clerk was very unhelpful & unwilling. Upon arriving home, I checked my bank account to find they charged my card $348 after knowing i had already paid through Expedia! Very poor. Do better!

Better than I expected. The facility is in good condition, seems new. They have EV charger on site, did not know this when booking. Room is clean, quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall very satisfied.

The room smelled like pets/dogs. Its a hotel that allows dogs but i would assume that like all pet friendly hotels, some rooms are dedicated for use by dog owners and some rooms are dedicated for non dog owners. Why would we be put in a room that had dogs in it when we checked in with no dog? Also the room photos on the website look newly remodeled while ours was outdated. False advertising
