The beds were comfortable, the room and hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The morning breakfast had good offerings of scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits, and gravy, oatmeal with toppings, and yogurt with toppings, along with some fresh fruit of bananas and apples

Hotel was very close to Target field for a Twins game. Maybe a 5 minute walk. Hotel itself was very clean and conveniently located to restaurants.

The shower head wasnt very powerful and no tub, toilet was dirty when we entered the room. Elevators were near impossible to figure out and when we asked how to use them the staff was snotty towards us. When we returned at the end of our event we had asked what was available for delivery at that time, we were tossed a few pamphlets and told to google it. Shower door didnt stay closed so the floors got really wet. Air conditioner was blowing warm air all night but with how staff had already responded to us we didnt want another altercation. Breakfast wasnt served very long compared to other hotels, however they did have a wider variety than most. Snack bar was also very expensive with minimal options. Very miserable stay.
