Nice hotel but staff could be better trained.

The hotel is well taken care of. It has a great swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. The restaurant serves a good breakfast for a fee. The rooms are fairly small. The mattress wasn't the best. But the hotel is quiet and clean. It took 20 minutes to check into the hotel. The staff person worked with just one couple for the entire time period because they had issues with their check-in. She should've just paused with that family and moved over to us. It took me just 2 minutes to check-in after she dealt with that one family for 20 minutes. Frustrating.

Room 411 big long crack in ceiling need to be fixed. I booked handicapped accessible room first but they gave us different room. I informed housekeeper not to clean room but they already did Need to have pool separate hours for kids and adults. There were too many kids swimming. We didn’t get chance to swim in pool.

I stay here all the time, very nice hotel. The bathroom in our room could use some work, there was a hole in the tile around the faucet of the tub and the wallpaper is coming off. I have stayed here many times and never stayed in a room where the bathroom was like this. It was clean etc. and I will still continue to stay here here.

A very clean hotel. Pool and arcade area is nicely sized, so it didn't even bother us that there were a lot of people. Pool is nice and warm. Patio outside the pool is beautiful. Service was great and restaurant on sight is very nice.

Overall a pleasant stay. Quite noisy and easy to hear others. Kept having problems with outsiders coming into the building through the side and propping the pool room open with towels. We reported it a few times but it kept happening as there was limited staff to take care of the situation. So we took our family back to our room and avoided that as we didnt feel the safest with those people.
