All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was a bit dated. The bathroom trim was very beat up. The pitcher above the hot tub was filthy. Overall cleanliness was good. Hot tub drain was broken. Could use a good update. Stay was wonderful and relaxing.

I have stayed at the Double Tree for 30 years. The mattresses have become uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The ice maker on whatever floor I’ve stayed on never work. The coffee maker in the lobby never works. I did Not get room service one day and was told I had my do Not disturb sign on my door which was not true. Had dinner one night in the restaurant and the food and service were lousy. The parking lot needed to be better cleared of ice as it was treacherous.

Staff was very friendly as always, and the commons area is always kept nice. This time I was put on the executive floor and I was a bit disappointed with the room. I’ve stayed at this location numerous times through the years and this was the first time I was on an executive floor and the room seemed a bit more outdated than other rooms I have stayed in at this location.

Room was falling apart sheets falling off and it felt very old. Bare minimums. Kind of gross overall. Breakfast was not included it was $21 which we did not purchase.
