Poor customer service

The hotel room appeared to taken care of my children were playing and ended up finding rose petals under the beds then when I spoke to the front desk they only have one housekeeper so bless them for doing their best but she apparently left used condoms in a room under an end table so that was good to hear from another staff member the morning of our first day we came down to the lobby and the manager on duty was arguing with a guest at 7:50am the provided breakfast wasn’t worth is everything was frozen or (expired) the truck was unable to make it due to the weather so a bit of an understanding there but remove the expired food at least

The grab & go breakfast was gross. The water in the hot tub was green & murky and there were no pool towels. The sauna didn’t say it was broken, but it didn’t work. The hot tub jets also did not work. The room was fine.

Toilet would sometimes not flush, sink drain plug didn’t work, hot tub bubbles and sauna were broken, juice dispenser broken. And my girlfriend could hear the front desk workers yelling and swearing while working. Will not stay here again
