We stayed due to the location for the mall. The bed was absolutely terrible. I haven’t slept on one so hard ever in a hotel. The shower hadn’t been cleaned as there was hair for the previous guests on the walls and floor. Staff was very friendly which was a plus.

Lack of control in pool areas. Couple kids until 10pm absolutely splashing and jumping on other guests. Sure lack of parents paying attention and doing their job, but maybe some reinforcement so fights between parents dont happen.

First room they gave us had not been cleaned but they fixed the problem right away and gave us a new room. Two pools and two hot tubs which is a great idea. It was nice to be able to walk to Mall of America. Front desk staff were great, breakfast staff a little curt, but not terrible. Shout out to Pierre at the front desk! Super nice guy
