Breakfast is later on the weekends. We were there for soccer tournament and had to leave before 7 and breakfast doesn’t start until 7 on the weekends but if we would have been there on a weekday we could have eaten before because it starts at 6. That doesn’t make sense. The room was poorly lit. The lamps were not great at providing enough light. There are three light switches that do nothing! The one switch by the door turns on the microwave! What? The light above the burners stopped working after the first few hours. That was one of the switches. I found that it turned the light on/off which helped with the poor lighting in the place. Then the next time we came back to the room it didn’t work. Then there were two other switches that did nothing. No overhead lights just lamps. The shower was also tricky. Fine line between very hot and cold. Overall not impressed!

Don’t stay here

The customer service was horrible. I had needed to extend my stay so I went down to the front desk, explained that I needed to extend my stay and if I could please stay in the same room. They told me no problem. Well apparently it was a problem because the next day, when I got back to my room after a 14 hour day, all of my belongings had been shoved into a garbage bag, my food from the fridge was shoved into a garbage bag and my room had totally been gone through. I had put a do not disturb sign on my door as again, I had extended my stay and was told I could stay in the same room. I didn’t want anyone in my room, cleaning or moving my things around. I went down to the front desk yet again to see why my things had been thrown into a garbage bag. I was basically blamed for the mistake and they didn’t care.

It has Potential - Send Help

Choice Hotels / Radisson Decision Makers - This property needs some attention. Examples: (1) Bathroom door was unpainted (factory primer only) and stained. (2) Tub Floor has a lot of give (improper floor prep during install) creating a potential hazard. (3) Holes from removed pics (see picture). (4) Sheer curtain panel missing. (5) Limited lighting throughout. The 2 lights on either side of bed (attached pic) are the only lights on this half of the room. (6) Bathroom light & exhaust fan on one switch. An actual exhaust fan is great, but very loud at night - turning on bathroom light wakes the room. (7) Latex glove piece stuck in molding (see pic). (8) Bath towels - some were stained. All were worn out (very thin w/some holes) and rough. (9) Luggage valet stand had bent leg. Leg on left side of attached pic was 2+ inches off the ground. Bending it back was not an option as this type of metal would have snapped. (10) Air Condition - Motion control on/off - Room rate should cover using the A/C to my liking. Otherwise, offer an option to add this comfort. Waking up hot in the middle of the night is not enjoyable. Long post, but this property could be a nice place to stay. Just needs some help. Muddy's is a great bar next door.

Check in should have been easy however they charged me for the deposit twice. When I questioned it, the front desk clerk had no idea and thought it would just fall off. I’ll be double checking because the staff didn’t seem to understand anything about what was going on.

Didn't acknowledge that Expedia changed my schedule to staying Sunday August 10 only. When I got home that evening I started having itch issues on my legs that continues to get worse due to bed bug bites. I have stayed many times over the past six years through construction etc. but never ever expected this to happen. They kept a extra nights payment, an not working with Expedia due to their own mistake not Expedia's.

I was working in town for the week and needed to extend my stay by one night. So I went down to the desk, spoke to the gentleman at the counter who said it would be not problem for me to continue to stay in the same room and extend my stay by one night. Well the next day when I got back to my room after work, all of my things had been rammed into my bag.

We had two rooms and they were both dirty. I don’t mean just dust. There was trash under the beds sticking out and blood on the curtain. Mold in bathrooms. And people smoking weed and the smell was in the all hall way
