Location was amazing for the Target Center and Target Field, very accessible for public transit, walkable neighborhood. Little problems like both sliding doors getting stuck, soap being empty on arrival, room service came inconsistently, couldn’t figure out how to turn off the bathroom mirror light, were the only real negatives. The staff were great. The bag check service was well organized.

Stayed here, June 24 to June 26, 2025. I had a lengthy weight, checking in. The room walls were thin and I heard people upstairs walking on the floors constantly throughout the night my room faced the Salvation Army so I had a great view of a bunch of homeless people Constantly walking around the property. Upon checkout, the front desk, young lady was unfriendly, rude and not helpful. When I asked her for an extra 45 minutes to check out at 11:45, I was told it would cost $25 even though the hotel Is relatively empty. She could definitely use some training. There’s plenty of other hotel options downtown so I’ll bring my business elsewhere on my next trip here. Best regards
