The hotel itself is very nice, comfy beds, very clean. However there are homeless people all over around the outside of the property, sleeping on sidewalks and walking around. Luckily we didn’t need to be out at night but I would be very cautious being outside of this property at night. There isn’t a parking ramp, only a parking lot which I was skeptical about. We were worried we would wake up to our car broken into but they reassured us there is security in the parking lot at night.

-not only was there no late checkout available (even paid late checkout) the cleaning team tried coming into my unit before the appropriate checkout time. -dirty kurig in suite, no coffee - just uncafinated tea. -one employee in the AM for customer service, checkouts, food orders, and food running. She was trying her best to keep up but was struggling. Hire more people. -normally I'd say "a hotel is just a place to get some sleep" so the amenities shouldn't matter, but sleep wasn't an option either. Floors and walls are paper thin. Heard the upstairs people come in, her the next door neighbor leave, heard the elevator running/dinging all night.

A hidden gem of a hotel in downtown Minneapolis

I’ve stayed here before and like this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, and reasonable rates. Super comfy room, fully equipped fitness room, and adjacent parking lot (extra costs on that).
