We had to change rooms a few times, due to a fire alarm and cigarette smoke smell. Paid for a “city view room” it was a parking lot view. Staff was friendly and helpful in getting our rooms situated. Rooms were clean.

Great room great service only thing had to tighten leaky shower head and the sliding door needed secured with a washcloth because it kept sliding open ie toward the front

Our room was great! I liked the convenient parking. The front desk staff was so lovely. Only thing that was a bummer was that when we took showers, the body wash bottle in the shower was empty. We really did have a nice stay. We plan to stay again. Thank you!
