Bar staff was obnoxious. Was not greeted—I asked about flavors of a beverage and he ignored me. When my husband asked again- the bartender acted like it was a huge inconvenience.

We did not even get to check in; we had no prior notice that the check-in age was 21. We were denied any service and treated very rudely. We asked for a refund and were told that we had to go through Hotels.com. So we did; however, when they reached out to Cambria, we were denied a refund, even though we were told by the (very rude) front desk worker that Hotels.com would give us a refund- and that Cambria was not responsible for that.

The sheets were dirty (blood on the pillow and by the head of the bed) and someone was given keys to our room and walked in when we were getting ready for bed. We went downstairs and the manager was not there but the worker said she would have the manager call us, but we didn't hear from anyone. Great location, just not a great experience.
