Side doors unlocked so anyone can get in. Pictures on site did not reflect the room at all. Uncomfortable and creaky beds, stated could not bring breakfast in room even though there wasn't anything noted in their conditions of staying there. Just overall bad experience.

Food options would slim picking, the staff was super nice. Granddaughter heard a crickets. She taught it was in the room. She is super scared of bugs. Two of the young men came to the room to look for it. Then we figured it was outside of the window. Thank you.

The room wasn’t clean when we got there. Bathroom shower needed a lot of attention. When you turned on the shower, there was “gunk” that came up from the drain. GROSS.

I have bought this room because it was cheap and I had a pool. And I got partially what I paid for in cheap rundown hotel. It did look to you working on improving. Pool was closed and drained. The breakfast had very little to eat

We did not get the room we book for. The second time for our departure flight. We got the room we wanted a 1 bed suite, but it was dusty. Breakfast is just bread/cereal and coffee.

Did not feel safe.

I did not feel safe. I was almost jumped by a hotel guest when I was waiting outside gor my family to come. My 12 year old, her best friend and my 7 year old were being followed everywhere by hotel guest. The room was nasty and dirty. We ended up leaving Sunday at midnight because we didn't feel safe.

I bought a double queen executive suite room . I was given a simple double bed room that smelled like cigarettes . After talking to the front desk we were given a roll away bed . So, in the end they “made it right” with us . Wouldn’t stay there again - not a terrible place in general .

Great for the price.

Hotel was great, but took 45 min to check in and the staff wasnt very "friendly". Some issues with card keys needing to be reactivated alot. Room didnt match the pictures on the website. They are renovating i think so i gave them some grace on that. Tons of places in walking distance. Breakfast was very basic. Id definitely stay again we felt for the price it was great.
