The guy at the counter could not have cared less

I come in with my reservation. He says I don't have one. I show him my reservation from hotels.com. he says I don't have one. I contact support hotels.com says I have one. Hotels.com contacts them. He tells them I don't have one. They say I do. Back and forth battle. Hotels.com did a good job and got me another room elsewhere.

The staff was friendly. There were several areas of the hotel that were not clean. Walfer's machines seem to never clean them. The room did not have a good smell.

EXCELLENT

My wife and I stayed for several days for work. Very quiet, very clean, rooms are large and beds are quite comfortable. Free breakfast, hot tub, workout room etc. The free lemonade and lemon water in the lobby are a nice treat.
