Lovely experience at this property. The hot tub was actually hot. The room was nice and beds were comfy. Internet service was quite slow which made working a little harder.

The hotel staff was great, very friendly. Checked into rooms, the first one smelt like smoke really bad and the second room had feces in the toilet that must have been there for a while and the room smelt terrible. We ate at the restaurant inside the hotel, the food and drinks took forever.

This was a third time coming here, but will be the last. We have liked the location and convenience of staying here. However the last two times, which were about three months apart we were in the same room. Both times the room was hot even with the window open. The fridge didn't work. Front desk staff was not friendly or helpful

Amazing service at check in. Amazing service in the restaurant/bar! Phenomenal service at breakfast, and the food was far better than typical at a hotel. Clean and modern common areas and rooms. The pool and hot tub were fine. Internet was fast. Parking was easy, secure and reasonably priced.

Anniversary stay

We were extremely excited about our annual New Year's relaxation stay.  I specifically found this conveniently located hotel, amenities including a whirlpool and pool, breakfast, restaurant, and a suite for us to enjoy. We checked in promptly at 3 pm only to receive many unpleasant materials and issues with our room.  We were moved to an improved but smaller room.  The bed is amazing which was the plus of our stay.  We are suggesting improvements to the decor around the whirlpool area. and better deep cleaning processes occur after each stay to all departed rooms including maintenance checks, be updated and enforced.  We appreciated the prompt attention to our requests and overall our stay was nice possibly returning soon.

On the edge of downtown.

Odd location. Walking to downtown St. Paul was problematic. Big downhill. But a hike coming back up. Neighborhood looks deserted. Huge empty parking lot. We used their shuttle.

We were going to the hockey game and it was a 15-20 min walk to the arena. The brft was good . The pool and whirlpool was wonderful and not to busy. There was parking which was easy to use . We stayed a total of 4 days but you dont get room cleaning unless you ask
