Gosh this is such a mixed review. Some of the staff were lovely. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The balcony to watch the kids swim was convenient and a welcome reprieve while on a busy family getaway. The price was very reasonable. Here is what we hope will be improved- when we made our reservation, a free sack breakfast was supposed to be included, the parking was supposed to be free - neither of these were there- not the end of the world but would have helped. The pool never had towels. The pool didn’t feel clean. The shuttle left our family of four at the mall for an hour- we were told they would be there in 10-15 minutes. We ended up getting an uber- it wasn’t that there wasn’t a shuttle available that upset us, it was that we called and were told they were in their way and they never came!

Very dated rooms and the bathroom was terrible. The towels in the bathroom were like thin rags, and there were no towels available in the pool area the entire time we were there. Questionable clientele hanging around the parking lot, getting high in their cars (at least they didn’t sneak up the hotel). We started calling it “Hood Wolf Lodge”.

The first night they did not have towels for room or at the pool asked manager said the laundry was not keeping up. The second night the pool was closed the manager said (it happens) the pop machine said 2 dollars on it when put 2 in it then said add more so used my card and it was 5.20 for a pop. Faulse advertizing i would thunk. Asked manager he said its not theirs its a third party so not their problem. Over all will never stay at that place again

Staff was very helpful , we got a poolside room had the time of our life. It was slapping time on Christmas night. We smoked weed in the room and by the pool. The manger hung out and smoked with us also .

Facility itself was decent. Stayed in a suite and things were clean, but the tub/shower was damaged and unsightly. Most of the front desk staff was decent, but one guy in particular was extremely rude and answered the phone completely unprofessionally, and treated guests as nuisances, i notified management, and was basically completely blown off on the plus side, the airport shuttle was nice, the driver was great. All in all, i would give the hotel itself a 7/10, but the service only a 5/10.

Overall the hotel was nice. But they really need to work on/ enforce a quiet hour! There were kids running up and down the halls yelling and there parents yelling at them all hour of the night.
