it was a very pleasant stay. The location cannot be better. The rooms are large and plenty of room to hang clothes. Selections are varied and plentiful. Toilets can be upgraded to Toto type of toilets found in newer hotels. Otherwise there is nothing to complain and everything to be recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient and a short walk to the subway station. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The public areas and rooms were clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

As you step in the lobby you are greeted by professional staff ready to give you the warmest of welcome. The hotel is clean and service quality # 1. The manager helped us with our local SIM card and even offered to talk with China Telecom customer Service despite the fact he was multi tasking (greeting guests, checking them in and supervising his staff). Appreciation to 朱啟纵 who went out of her way to give us advice on local attractions, restaurants and how best to use the subway system. The cleaning lady always greeted us with a smile and frequently asked whether we needed something. She seemed to be there all the time ready to serve. This is why we booked 1 extra night (total 2+1). Definitely recommend the hotel. Exactly what the hotel advertises. No unpleasant surprises. Will definitely be our top choice when visiting Shanghai next time.
