Disappointing Stay

Although this cabin has all your needs for an overnight stay I would not recommend it due to the lack of cleanliness, improper functioning of the games in the game room, and old furniture. Also, the TV’s didn’t work during our stay. We had to use our own firestick and our own gaming system to watch movies/TV shows. All complaints were reported and someone came out the same day to try and fix the TV’s but was unable to. I was only refunded $50 for the cleaning fee and was told that “no one is perfect” by the cleaning manager.” Considering my family and I checked into an unclean cabin it would’ve been nice to get a full refund of the cleaning fees. It truly was a disappointing stay and I wish I could get a full refund or at least half of my money refunded back to me due to an inadequate stay.

We had a great time with our family at this rental property. We didn’t do the escape room experience but the kids loved the game room! Andrea’s customer service was superb. The house could use some TLC - like new sheets/comforters, new towels, kitchen towels, etc. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes and other cooking items.

Nice place to stay if your looking to enjoy Blue Ridge.

Cabin was easy to get to , cozy and clean . Our kids enjoyed the game room and the hot tub . We also enjoyed evenings relaxed by the fireplace . There wasn’t much outdoor lawn area which was ok with us . We did take walks down the quiet road in front of cabin . Host was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful . Overall it was a lovely place to stay .
