Didn’t like the way that a woman employee had a privilege to enter at the man’s spa. Though, it could be a job for the sanitation, it was literally uncomfortable and not nice. However everything aside from that was really good.

Lovely hotel

It’s a room facing the sea. We have a good time here with Onsen, tea and evening lounge with drinks and snack were serve. We will come back next time .

It’s a newly renovated room facing the sea. We have a good time here with Onsen, tea and evening lounge with drinks and snack. We will come back next time .

Expedia never ever again. I made this reservation for a meeting February. Then spent the next several months with my mother in decline and her death. I decided not to go to the meeting but forgot I’d made a reservation. Not one single reminder from Expedia u til I got a “how was your check-in experience” from Expedia. I couldn’t cancel as the 24 hour before check-in cancellation deadline had passed. Hotel is bound by Expedia rules and Expedia never even responded to my message to them. Don’t use Expedia ever. I can’t tell you about the hotel as I didn’t stay there.

夜のビュッフェは、お酒やソフトドリンク、ソフトクリーム迄あって種類も食べ尽くせない位ありました! 朝も種類が沢山あり過ぎて迷う程です！ 全てが美味しかったです😊 ラウンジで無料のドリンクがあって、もちろんビールもあったりで友達4人で行ったんですが食べて飲んで、気持ちの良い温泉につかりものすごく良かったです。次は旦那と是非行こうと思います！

部屋はリノベーションした部屋を選択したので八ヶ岳のグランドメルキュールと同様の内装でシンプルで清潔感有りで良かったが、八ヶ岳同様、廊下を歩く人の声が響いていた。 時期的に家族連れが多かったので大浴場にはいかず、部屋風呂使用。リノベしてるので浴室とトイレがセパレートだからこそ、部屋風呂の使用が可能であって、ユニットバスなら、決して部屋風呂は使わない。
