Sehr schönes Objekt in guter Lage

Grundsätzlich ein tolles Ferienhaus in einer Neubausiedlung zwischen Ortskern und Kasino. Die Lage am Hang ist toll, somit hat man von der Terrasse aus einen Blick über die Dächer der Siedlung, die grundsätzlich sehr eng bebaut ist. Das Haus ist geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Gerade die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und die Waschmaschine ist ein gutes Plus. Auch die drei Terrassen mit unterschiedlicher Sonnen-/Schattenlage haben uns begeistert. Allerdings gab es für uns auch negative Punkte. Das Objekt war nicht sauber als wir eingetroffen sind. Wir haben dies bemängelt und uns wurde zugesagt, dass nochmal gereinigt wird. Dies ist nie erfolgt. Von der unteren Terrasse blickt man auf Parkplatz und Hof, was immer noch wie eine Baustelle wirkt und nicht ansprechend ist. Die zwei Autos, die angeblich im Hof geparkt werden können müssen schon sehr kleine Kleinwagen sein. Wir sind mit unserem Auto gerade so die Einfahrt rein und raus gekommen. Außerdem zeigen sich an diesem doch noch recht neuen Ferienhaus erste Mängel wie z.B. eine schiefe Sonnenmarkise oder ein Treppenhandlauf der sich löst. Das Verbundzimmer kann eigentlich nur mit offener Glastür genutzt werden. Der Raum mit dem Stockbett hat kein Fenster und somit keine Belüftungsmöglichkeit. Da er sehr klein ist wird es schnell stickig.
