This apartment is situated in one of Milwaukee`s most historic buildings, the old Pabst malt house. Architectural features include original Cream City brick, exposed beams, arched windows, and city skyline views. The building is fully loaded with amenities including a fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and bags (otherwise known as cornhole).

This double queen apartment comfortably sleeps four with two queen beds in the same bedroom. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

- Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 7`2` which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit

Non-refundable fees:
- All refunds are net of 4% processing fees. Rather than charging upfront service fees, we charge a 4% processing fee for any refunds we issue in order to cover costs we incur as a small business
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.

The building is historic and very cool, the unit is very spacious, and the amenities are excellent. Well-equipped and large fitness room, great common area (lobby & top floor deck), safe/walkable area with close by restaurants, breweries, and more. The parking was easy to use, about a block from the unit and a bit uphill on arrival (some might prefer to unload at the door before parking if you’re traveling with someone). The bed is very low, but also very comfortable. Lots of outlets throughout, very clean, good WiFi. There are many lights, but the lightening is low everywhere but the kitchen. The windows only open a few inches. The mirror and outlets in the bedroom was great for hair and makeup while my husband used the bathroom. We enjoyed the mix of old and new in the building and would definitely stay again.
