Everything was broken and key cards didn’t work in most doors, shower water just warm no hot , pool was not working first night and no towels had to ask for them. Overall very poor but workers were very nice.

The price was good, but even for the low price, the room should be in good condition. Instead, there was a big red stain on the carpet, the office chair was broken and dangerous to use, and the shampoo dispenser was broken off and left on the bathtub rim. Broken items should be replaced!

Not as good as expected based on reviews, I read.

Every staff member we worked with was terrific, polite, and helpful. That was a big positive. They moved us to an upper floor room on our request, but it smelled like pot. Our next room was on the first floor and it smelled like sewer back up. they explained the ozone machine was broken in that room And moved us to our final room, which had no odor at all however, there were food particles or something on the side of the bed. The most annoying thing and cannot probably be helped Was the air conditioner did not work the second night. Maintenance came right away and reset it but it only ran for about 15 minutes. I was able to reset it many times myself by pressing the button, but it never did stay on. Through all of this the staff was friendly and helpful, and never made us feel uncomfortable with so many issues that we reported.

All good BUT Breakfast sucks

easy check-in, free wifi, comfort bed... Breakfast eggs were TERRIBLE! Waffles are dirty. Tables and chairs were too crowded with people, cannot walk thru them. Uncomfortable breakfast morning - we left to eat someplace else. 🙁

The original room they gave us had a very dirty a/c filter. We were then switched to another room, where the filter was quite a bit cleaner (husband has allergies). The breakfast is nothing special, but we knew that already. Possibly due to the VERY hot weather and humidity over the weekend, it was hard to keep the room cool and dry. Everything felt damp. When my husband went to use the pool, his key didn’t work. He was told he should try it until it worked. We had a dinner reservation in town, so he just showered instead. We needed to check out a little late, which wasn’t an issue. The staff were nice, but didn’t seem interested in what they were doing. Room was plenty clean and spacious. We also appreciated the small microwave in addition to fridge and coffeemaker.

It was very dirty in our room. The sheets had what looked like urine stains and there was blood on the mattress. I would never stay there again.

When we checked in, we noticed that they must reuse the key card holders as they were digging through a stack looking for the right number. Entering the room, we saw trash on the dresser, the drawer of the dresser was broke, there were stains on 2/3 towels, and they were VERY worn. There were what looked like ink stains? On the bed as well. Over all we felt like cuatomer service was a second priority over saving a dollar. And for the price we paid, i would not recommend. If youre looking for a quick place to sleep between flights or after a concert, this would be my last resort.
