The "heated indoor pool" was freezing cold and unsupervised kids were everywhere causing a nuisance. There was an entire floor of party goers two of them being the rooms right next to ours. We had a small child with us and our room quickly began smelling like weed and Extremely loud music was playing non stop. When security adked them to turn down the music they got very rude and said theres no contract that states no loud music and that my family needed to just deal with it. Instead of kicking them out, the hotel lady made us move rooms to thw floor above. We had to pack all our belongings at midnight and hall it all up to the 3rd floor. After moving rooms we contibued to hear the loud music and around 2-4am people began running up and down our hallway yelling and playing music. The hotel never did anything about it and never made them leave or be quiet.

Stay was good pool was clean accomodations was there. Kitchen had plates bowls and silverware already set up house cleaning was good with trash and the fitness gym was small but still good for use. Coming from MN for a family trip I enjoyed my stay for what it was.
