Although close to Hwy 94, there was little highway noise. Olive Garden and an ice cream shop are within walking distance, and cute downtown Delafield is 1.5 miles away. Room was ok - newer bed was nice. Clock didn’t work, walls rather thin (we could hear the neighbor’s phone conversation). However, I would still stay here again.

Decent enough for the price and amenities were in good shape. Precheck-in online was a complete waste of time as I was still asked for ID, CC and signed forms when I got to the property. Please don't ask me to "save time" by online check-in again.

To be fair, this was not the usual class of hotel I book, but this place made Holiday Inn look like the Ritz Carlton. Torn carpet, cracked sinks, security door that remained unlocked at all hours, etc.. the smell was the worst part. I walked into my room and was hit with a mixed scent of smoke, cleaning solution and whatever that scent is in retirement homes. I realize that I saved a lot of money with this hotel, but didn’t not let the online pictures fool you. This place is low end.

The hotel building is older but has been renovated well. The room was smaller in size, likely due to age of the building. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast fare and hot.

For 200.00 a night, I have never been so disappointed! The carpets are dirty, food left on the carpet, sheets we’re not changed prior to my visit, crumbs in the bed. Bathroom tub, dirty, didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower. Hair dryer didn’t work, they did replace. Breakfast, standard, Holiday Inn food, nothing special. For the price of the room, next time, I would look elsewhere. Very out dated facility with no character, nothing special.
