It is a 20 minute car ride to downtown Pensacola if you are wanting to shop or get some great fresh seafood. High speed internet is available, gas appliances, and fenced in yard for your pets. If you run out of things to do here, there is also a park with a walking trail, basketball goals, and playground for the kids at the entrance to the road.
