As the front pictures shows this house is ROUND..... that's right round. As you head up to the 2nd floor there's a nicely sized screened in porch to your right. Entering into the great room your eyes will immediately take notice of the ceiling and extra-large ceiling fan. In this room you'll find a completely open concept combining the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Absolutely perfect for entertaining and enjoying your vacation time with family. Also featured on the 2nd floor is a gas fireplace, LOTS of windows that lookout onto the Delaware Bay, half bathroom, and nice size deck on the front of the house with gas grill. Wagon's can handle up to 300LBS of weight, come w/ beach chair rack, batteries charge in 2hrs and run up to 4 miles & have USB ports for charging cell phones & electronics. Availability is limited to first come first serve. Weekly rate is $250

LINENS: This rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or rent them. Sunset Rentals will provide contact information for several local linen rental companies in our welcome letter. The welcome letter is emailed out 2 weeks prior to occupancy date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable $80 admin fee. If GUEST cancels 60 days prior to arrival date, then 100% refund will be provided (less $80 admin fee). If the GUEST cancels 30 days prior to arrival date, then 50% refund will be provided (less $80 admin fee)
