Well, the lobby and restaurant are very beautiful. The room not so much. They gave us a room at the end of the hallway on the 12th floor even though I had picked something on the fifth floor and they couldn’t activate my room key because I registered through Expedia. The room was sort of shabby and the shower was not that great and looked like it had been repaired multiple times.
