This 1,774 sqft home offers four bedrooms, two full baths and a two-car garage. As you enter the home from your porch, a queen guest bedroom and bunk room featuring a twin over full bunk with twin trundle bed share the same bath and are separated from the living area. Continuing down the hallway, the well-appointed kitchen comes with a large island, modern cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an ample corner pantry. The owner’s suite, located in the back of the home for privacy, has an en-suite bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. The playroom /game room is tucked away at the side of the home with a queen sleeper sofa and 65” TV with NES, PS3 and Nintendo Switch. Conveniently located off the two-car garage is the laundry room complete with a washer and dryer. Enjoy the additional living room space with a comfy queen sofa bed. Please wash all bath towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, hand towels and beach towels. Towels may stay in dryer. Cleaning crew will fold and put away.
