Newer Home beach property sits directly across the street from Burwells Beach which is one of many beaches in Milford. Summer days you don't need to sit in traffic and fight for a parking spot to get out to the beach, here all you need to do is walk across the street and you’re at the beach. This main unit has one bedroom with queen size bed, large dresser and two night stands. The kitchen is fully equipped with spices, pots and pans, platters , 6 burner stove top, dish washer, both pod and full pot coffee maker, microwave and double door refrigerator/freezer. Perfect for hosting and entertaining guests.

Don't feel like cooking inside? Take your guests out onto your own private deck for some grilling while enjoying the fresh smell of the ocean’s breeze. This is a beautiful safe upscale beach community and I’m most certain you will love it here. We have bikes for two, beach chairs and towels for our guests
