This property was advertised as "no smoking;" however, the place had been smoked in for years as evidence by the smoke stained yellow curtains. The house was dirty, cobwebs throughout the house. , Spare roll of toilet paper was dirty. Bathroom soap covered in hair and hair in the bottom of the tub. The bath mat was dirty and there were hair and crumbs in the sheets of one of the beds. When I contacted the host about these problems, she did not respond. After 13 hours, I reached out to her again. Her response was she was only required to provide soap and toilet paper as a courtesy, that she must have missed one cobweb while vacuuming and that the sheets had all been changed and that the last occupant must have smoked in it. When I a requested a 50 percent refund for the condition of the home and it not being non-smoking as advertised and said that I would be leaving a review based on how she handled our concerns, she accused me of bribery and that she would leave me a bad review as a guest if I dared leave a bad review of the property.
