The property is clean vibrant and has a very youthful and chic vibe. Staff at the front desk were okay except for 1 slim young lady with black hair with a terrible attitude ( can not tell her name as no name tags for desk agents for some reason. Restaurant staff were very pleasant but service is a bit lacks and not intuitive. I have 15+ years hospitality management experience at luxury properties, in both F&B and rooms division so I'm a stickler for good service and the mark was missed. What was the point of sharing that we were on our honeymoon if it would not be acknowledged and nothing special done. Failed opportunity to create any sort of wow factor or lasting impression. I guess if the goal of your property is to be a quick airport layover destination then you've hit your targets, however if you wish to be more than this, then more should be done.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room was comfortable, and the food was excellent. It’s the perfect spot if you need to be close to Malpensa Airport. I recommend booking the shuttle in advance (5€) to make sure you have a smooth transfer to the hotel!

Great for an overnight before a flight

Comfortable beds clean rooms the most amazing shower. The restaurant was also great, the transfer was easy to arrange by phone and waiting for us when we arrived at the airport by train. Bar staff were very friendly.

Nice and new ! Big room area. Fair price. I will be back for my next visit. Because it's beside highway. You can't walk even the distance looks little. But you need take shuttle .
