I am a professional chef in Boston, and quite well-known. I was VERY happily surprised by the high quality of the food served in your dining room: some of the best food that I had in my trip to Northern Italy. I had the Penza Romagna with grilled vegetables for lunch- excellent! I had the octopus antipasti and chestnut gnocchi for dinner- outstanding! The tiramíu was also very good, as were the wine glass selections (Ribolla Gialla, and Barbera.) BRAVO! Complimenti!

The property was fine (very modern) but it was very difficult to find the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. We ended up spending $20 euros on a taxi for a 3 minute drive. We told the receptionist this and were not offered a free shuttle in the morning going back to the airport which would have been appropriate. Food was ok at the restaurant.

Great hotel for our 1 night prior to flying out the next day. Very nice, clean and comfortable. Please note that it is NOT walkable from the airport. While it looks like walking distance from the airport on google maps, there are no walking paths or sidewalks. I recommend using the shuttle that the hotel provides (for a fee, 5 euro per person to Terminal 1). Taxi charged a flat rate to 20 euro.

Most inconvenient hotel in Milan. Do not stay here unless you have your own car. Impossible to walk from terminal and taxi from airport is 50 Euros (five minutes’ drive). Their shuttle is 10 Euros and only runs 1-2 times per hour. You have to book in advance or it might not show up. The staff are supremely unhelpful and lie to your face. My door lock was broken and they told me the hotel was full so they couldn’t give me a different room. Of course as soon as I insisted, it was no problem to find a room. I arrived early and asked if it was possible to shower. Immediately told no. When I asked if there was a gym shower, it was no problem to shower there. When I waited an hour in vain for the shuttle and tried to call 10 times, I was later told it must have been because I was in the wrong place (I was not). When I tried to take the shuttle to the airport, I was told it was full. I went outside and asked the driver, and it was not full.
