The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was very good indeed. Conveniently close to Malpensa airport and Lake Maggiore, we didn't go to Milan because we didn't stay for long enough so can't comment about that.

Noise level from planes above can barely be heard from room on first floor. Penthouse rooms are noisier but this is to be expected! Clean, neat, w/ courteous staff and edible food.

We enjoy staying at the hotel and if it is available we book there for our layover. Breakfast choices have improved but could get better in terms of options such as eggs and bacon. The rooms we choose are functional. Staff super friendly. Restaurant very good with reasonable prices. Shuttle bus service excellent and included in the price.

Every time I have to leave Milan to return to the US, I spend a night at this hotel. The staff is professional and kind, and the rooms are good. They also serve a free breakfast and offer a free shuttle service. I'll be back next spring.

A great service for a reasonable price. A warm welcome & easy checkin. We stayed twice on our European trip to access Malpensa Airport. Free shuttle. Free reasonable sized breakfast. Free airport shuttle but you have to call them when already in the airport. Our problem that time is that we don’t have phone roaming. Only wifi data. Hope they have other options like email for travel details. So that they will just pick-up their guests without calling.
