The Space

A cozy and intimate solution in a genuine Milanese home, ideal for those seeking a calm and well-kept environment. Although located in the city and in a very well-connected area, the house offers a relaxed and quiet atmosphere, different from Milan’s typical fast pace.



Exclusive use: there are no other guests staying in the house.



If there is a second guest, a second bedroom with a shared bathroom can be provided.



The house is shared only with the owner and resident host, who is committed to offering attentive and personalized hospitality.



The Rooms

Both rooms have personal locks.



Room 1

Located in a private area of the house with a single bed that can be converted into a large bed (180 cm) and a private en-suite bathroom renovated in 2025, with a window and a spacious shower (70 × 120 cm).



Room 2

Bright room with a 140 cm sofa bed. A second bathroom is available for non-exclusive use.
