Pool was closed even though it was a sunny day. The Sofia cafe within the property is not part of the hotel and is operated by a separate company. Food was overpriced and below average, paid AUD 116 dollars for 2 burgers, 1 coke and 1 Spritzer..booked a black taxi to the airport for the following day upon checking what time it would arrive we found it wasn’t booked. Poor attention to detail for a 5 star property.
