Room was spacious and clean. The proximity to a metro station was great but otherwise not that near to anything. CityLife center not terribly far but it’s just a mall/foodcourt. If you’re arriving by car be aware the parking area is small and sort of hidden in an access lane.

Extremely rude to block off the entrance to elevators for guests for more than 45 minutes during the night (around 0030 night to Monday) without explicitly warning about this in adhance (i.e. during check-in or similar). The presence of the VIP was severly impacting the stay negatively.

Great hotel. Despite being mislead by Expedia about access to the swimming pool, staff at this hotel made our stay perfect. It's fantastic modern hotel with easy access to metro and nearby shops. I'll definitely booking this hotel again.

Recommend NH collection Ciyt Life

We’d a good visit and enjoyed our stay. The best was the superb staff at the bar, breakfast and Tailor restaurant! The weather in the end of September was not the best and therefore the rooftop bar and pool couldn’t be used.

The stay was pleasant, however there was a quiet humming sound coming from the center of the room and I could hear some heavy noise above me. The bathroom was descent but the shower room floor was slippery. This could cause some safety issues moving forward. The breakfast experience was delightful. The parking was a bit tight but manageable. The hotel is built on an old church building this gives it a unique vibe.

Good for business

The pool is excellent. Great to relax but a good suze if you are a lap swimmer. Restaurant is pretty quiet. My advice eat at the pool bar.

Very nice stay, staff were very knowledgeable and very polite when it came to my limited Italian. I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit the Milan area and AC Milan football stadium. Rooms were very comfortably and well presented.

Very modern, with excellent staff and amenities, lots of attention to detail. Superb rooftop swimming pool. When you stay here you feel special. The staff also sent an assortment of cookies and pastries for my son’s 18th birthday. Excellent overall, highly recommended.

What a beautiful hotel, this was in the perfect location for popping to San Siro or into town on the but away from the hustle and bustle for a relaxing break. Another plus is the location just round the corner from the city life mall. Nothing was too much trouble for Paolo, there was an issue with our room so we were immediately moved and we were treated to a welcome selection of cakes. He also helped us with Ubers and the underground. There was free water and sweets on our hotel floor (the suites). The pool and view from the rooftop was lovely
