Hotel is nice and clean, small rooms like most hotel rooms in Europa. I like the hotel over all and the staff except for an older dude at breakfast. I wouldn’t comeback to Italy or Europe. We have the best of the best in the US don’t come to Europa, they don’t treat tourist nicely.

We had a lovely stay, a very comfortable hotel. The staff were very courteous, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was very nice. A nice location for us, as a very nice walk through the park and then the castle to the centre of Milan.

This is a very nice, comfortable hotel in a walkable part of Milano. The staff is very helpful and and the rooms are clean and well appointed. We enjoyed breakfast and hope to stay here again.

Granted it was Fashion Week in Milan but we were charged nearly twice the normal rate for mediocre accommodations. The room was small, worn, and outdated. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. The one bright spot was the staff who were excellent, and the location was convenient.

First room (525) on level 5 had a fan on roof which was an issue as very little sleep on first night. Asked hotel staff to be moved and we got another room on 2nd floor which was good. Great staff and breakfast. Pity no food other than breakfast served, but plenty great eateries nearby. Would stay at this hotel again
