We stayed for one night before flying home after a week in Italy. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to an executive room. Upon entering the room, it was tiny! There was no floor space to open a 20kg case, we had two! We had to open the case on the bed each time and closing it and standing it up each time we needed anything out of the case.

It was hot in Milan and the air conditioning didn’t work. We paid a lot for this hotel for one night and did not feel like it was worth it. The hotel seems rundown.

For more than $200 a night. You get a mini room with no power outlets by the bed. Only one outlet by the door and one on the desk. Everything looks cheap, the bed, furniture, the bathroom. The only thing that is nice is the lobby. The rooms are beyond disappointing. It should not be more than $100. Almost $500 for two nights is a plain robbery. Stay somewhere else!!

I liked the location and the room was basic but clean. There was noise from outside every night. Groups of immigrants sitting around and also noise from the street. Air conditioning was very weak and the receptionist said it comes on at 10pm? Really useful for during the day when its 26 degrees. The food at breakfast looked awful. I stuck with the bread and croissants. The fruit was green and mouldy. There was man complaining to staff and showing them and they didnt take the rest away. It wasnt the worst hotel but I won't be back.

The hotel is clean, reasonably well located and safe. The room is relatively small for two people, which was the main reason I didn’t give it five stars.Check-in was quick and efficient. They have a a small workout facility.

It is indeed just a 3-star hotel. The pictures on the website look much better than the actual rooms. The shared areas are very nice. Room is small and really does not equipped with anything (just a bed, 2 pillows, and a bathroom). The breakfast provided is very good with many items and free Prosecco.

Great hotel in Milan

A great stay, this is a good hotel for exploring Milan, around 20 minute walk to the Duomo. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay in Milan. Bed was comfortable and staff were helpful.

Expensive

The front desk check in was very good. Libby and courtyard were nice. Room was EXTREMELY small for the price. I understand this is a cultural difference between Italy and the U.S. our biggest complaint was the breakfast buffet. By far the worst we have ever paid for. Expensive. With the exception of the pastries, the rest was awful. The self serve coffee station provided COLD coffee and cappuccino that should have been hot. The bacon was barely cooked, eggs were slop. Glad we were only there one night.
