Amazing property! The best customer service we’ve ever had in any country. Every single staff member went above and beyond. So many food and drink options available all day long at no cost! The room and bed were very spacious and comfortable. The fitness center is great for a hotel gym- free weights and a multi option machine. We definitely recommend and would stay again.

The hotel is on a rather busy street that is somewhat industrial looking and otherwise fairly nondescript. The entrance is a little confusing because the lobby is several floors up and you need to be buzzed in. That said, the hotel itself is in a fabulous location, close to the metro and many good restaurants -- it is very easy to get to the main tourist areas. The staff is also so helpful. The breakfast and snack services are very convenient and make for a wonderful stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The amenities are very modern and the cleanliness and upkeep are immaculate. It’s the first hotel I stayed at in Italy (out of 5) that ensured I had two key cards, included a well stocked mini bar and offers 24 hour snacks and drinks in the lobby. The staff members made me feel welcomed and offered their assistance in anyway, from a seamless check in process , food recommendations to airport transfers. The hotel is less than a 10 minute drive from the train station. It is about a 30 minute walk from the major shopping areas and monuments , but is definitely worth the stay. I would definately rebook if I visit Milan again

This hotel exceeded our expectations! A rather nondescript building from the outside, but inside it was modern, bright and inviting. The rooms were clean and very well equipped - comfy bed, crisp sheets and the pillows were good quality. The availability of free bottled water and other beverages was a great touch, as was the complimentary wine for happy hour. The breakfast was much more extensive than expected with a very wide and delicious variety. The staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant. The hotel is 15 mins walk from the train station and 30 mins walk to the Duomo. Also close to a subway stop.

Wonderful hotel. Loved all the extras (snacks, coffee, soft drinks, wine available 24-7, well-stocked included mini fridge). Room was spacious and had a balcony with a lovely view. Bathroom was well equipped. Design had both esthetic and functional appeal. Would stay again.

Marvin was great. He helped us fine restaurants near by that weren’t touristy. The only down side was the oversized shower head. Some may like it but I don’t like all that water in my face.
