It needs a renovation. The plumbing noises made sleep difficult. The AC set on automatic would not respond to any manual adjustments. Yes, the basics of being safe and sanitary were present, but the experience was decidedly unpleasant.

The perfume the owner uses in the apartment smells terrible and is so potent that you can smell it in the hallway as you approach the apartment. The mini fridge was unusable as it it smells of mold. Neither remote to operate the tv or AC unit had batteries. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The shower was broken as water did not drain from the main head forcing you to use the wand. The stay at this place was unenjoyable and would not recommend to anyone.
