Lovely hotel

Lovely grand old hotel. Very comfy bed and pillows. Good water pressure in shower. Had a nightcap in the beautiful relaxing bar. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Every member of staff we encountered were polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We were only there one night but actually plan to return in a few days for another night before we leave Italy.

Stayed three nights. Comfortable beds and brilliant shower (water pressure). Easy walk to central train station, metro and tram. Breakfast is simple but can fill you up. Staff at reception do their jobs well.

As stated before, it was nicely appointed, safe, and easy to get to. Room was great, clean and well stocked. Staff was helpful. Would stay there again when visiting Milano.

An overall pleasant stay and conveniently located to the station for easy travel. 10 min walk from the central station. Staff were helpful and cool; welcomed us when we arrived and made sure everything was sorted smoothly when we checked out.

The staff a the front desk were very professional and welcoming. Location is good if you plan on using subways and trains, steps away. A few coffee shops and casual restaurant around. The hotel itself is quiet outdated. The rooms have old decor. Mattress in our room wasnt comfy, very hard pillows, didnt have good sleep at this hotel. It was just ok for the money.

Older property but decent sized room. No smart TV which was disappointing as they are. a4-star hotel. They don’t give an iron due to safety reasons which was also very strange. The AC is okay, nothing great. Breakfast is decent. Great location if you want to be close to the central station.
