Fue difícil el acceso y el código para accesar, de servicio al cliente no contestaban. Dentro del apartamento estaba muy sucio y en malas condiciones. Quedo decepcionado de esta renta via Expedia.

DO NOT STAY!!!!!

Turned up here and could not get in, they did not answer the phone or emails. We were left with no where to go and had to find another hotel to stay in. They have still not answered emails. DO NOT BOOK THIS or you may be left with no where to sleep in the middle of Milan!

That was the most difficult experience. I know better to book last minute for an apartment. Location great. At first they couldnt find my rez and i was in a panic as i had to sit at the duomo with my lugage and fill stuff on online before they gave me further info. Then finally we got to the location door did not work well to enter. Property did not have a corkscrew we had to ask a neighbor. No blankets and the extra bed the person just slept on the couch. It did not appear to turn into a bed. Location was very good though.

A localização do hotel é otima! Uma otima local para estadia de 2 pessoas. Acomodamos 4 viajantes, mas nao recomendaria a acomodação para quatro pessoas se optarem por passar mais dias na estadia. Ficamos 1 noite. E neste caso, o custo beneficio foi muito bom! O apartamento é limpo e bem equipado. O ponto de critica foi: nosso check-in foi as 15h e eles demoraram a enviar para nos as informacoes para entrada no predio. Isso nos causou um certo incomodo/apreensão, pois era um feriado e não havia nenhum funcionario/porteiro no apartamento para nos dar informações basicas.

In the heart of the city...

Great location. Nice bedroom. Sofabed was difficult to foldout and prepare for the night, as was several other amenities worn/loose/unserviceable.
