Very nice apartment but they don't tell you everything
Apartment is a really lovely size with big rooms and plenty of space. The location is great and easy shopping and restaurants are nearby as well. They sent a great email and video to show you how to enter the building and apartment and to help trouble shoot.
What they need to add / include is how to turn the AC units are. They are located in the bedrooms and the kitchen and the remotes are there, which is great. The issue is they didn’t turn on. We looked all around. Tried different batteries in the remotes. Called over to the office but couldn’t get them on. Finally, about an hour later, we found hidden power switches in each room. These needed to be turned on in order for the AC units to work. The office didn’t even know this when we called over there.
Also, the bathroom shower was not properly maintained and after one use, it flooded and caused the entire bathroom to flood. This was after hours and it took another hour for us to be able to track someone down to let them know of the issue and ask where extra towels were. They did tell us where to find towels and did send someone the next day to snake the drain (which had been completely filled and never maintained). It worked fine after that and we appreciated that they got someone there the next day.
Finally, they also need to address the VERY LOUD and FREQUENT noise that came from the AC units. It sounded as if the apartment buzzer was always going off and it kept going off every 15-20 minutes and all night
