This is simply not a 4 star hotel and I’m not sure where that rating comes from. No amenities besides $25 breakfast, and it is located on a very busy street with a subway stop directly in front. This is convenient but there are also no security measures whatsoever. anyone can walk in the front door and take the elevator/stairs to any floor, no key card required. They also lock your thermostat and you have to ask the front desk for access. I will say that the front desk personnel were very polite and helpful. In sum, while this is certainly a serviceable hotel, it’s not a 4 star hotel.

Great hotel! We enjoyed our stay. New hotel with modern set up. Didn't have breakfast. Great to have the Metro literally just outside the front entrance. Little thing we did miss was a complimentary water in room which is always appreciated when arriving late to get you over the first night. Reception and maintenance staff friendly and efficient. Felt safe and got an excellent night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel and use again.

The hotel is close to the metro station and room is fairly clean. However, since it’s newly renovated, there were several issues: 1) no hot water in the shower until staff came to turn on the switch; 2) a power outage that required staff to reset the main switch; 3) a faulty ekey room card, the door couldn’t be locked from outside, and staff couldn’t fix it, had to use a manual key instead. Finally, they didn’t offer a room change until we asked.

Hotel moderno con un design black minimal davvero stupendo. Super centrale con metro davanti a pochi minuti dalla stazione centrale e aeroporto di Linate. Personale davvero cordiale e professionale. La colazione offre una vastissima scelta tra dolce e salato in una sala davvero comfort e spaziosa

A localização do hotel é incrível, próximo a estação Central e com uma entrada pra estação de metrô Porta Venezia na porta do hotel. Ótimos restaurantes próximos, numa rua cheia de lojas e com fácil acesso ao bonde. O café da manhã é muito bom, e o atendimento das meninas melhor ainda! São super simpáticas e atenciosas. Fazem um cappuccino e um Latte delicioso. Sobre os quartos, são espaços, porém em um dos que ficamos faltou um pouco de iluminação, e no outro havia um pouco de pó e uma meia de outro hóspede perdida em baixo do cabideiro. A cama é confortável porém sentimos falta de mais um travesseiro por pessoa (gostamos de 2), e o banheiro é ótimo com aquecedor para toalhas, chuveiro delicioso com 2 estilos de duchas e toalhas deliciosas. Gostaríamos de ter um serviço de guarda volumes pois saímos de Milão alguns dias para outra cidade apenas com uma mala, mas eles cobram €10 por dia para guardar uma mala. No geral vale uma nota 10/10 se tirarmos o detalhe do pó no quarto e o pagamento para guardar uma mala de cabine!!!
