Welcome to this nice apartment in La Cala de Mijas with a wonderful view of the coast, in addition to a shared pool there is also a private parking in the garage. The apartment is located in the Urb Jardin Botanico which is less than 400m from restaurants, bars and shops. From here it is also walking distance to the beach which is about 15 minutes walk away, as well as La Cala's inner city. Lidl is located about 500m from the apartment and is one of the most popular grocery stores nearby as the ingredients are mostly local and of high quality. Nearby there is also a large marketplace with markets every Wednesday and Saturday where you can buy everything from clothes and souvenirs to fruit and vegetables. If you want to get around the coast, it is recommended to rent a car, from the apartment you have proximity to the coastal road A-7. When you enter the apartment you are met by a cozy apartment with the living room directly to the left, here you have a dining area with seating for 6 people, a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV, further you have a cozy balcony overlooking La Cala de Mijas and the Mediterranean as well as a comfortable seating area. The large kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and everything you need to be able to cook on holiday. Further into the apartment you have 3 bedrooms where one bedroom has 2 single beds, the other bedroom has a double bed and a private balcony with afternoon sun. Master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and its own newly renovated bathroom and a French balcony with sea views. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, Smart TV, dishwasher and much more. The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay. The pool will be closed down in our area on 1/10 in accordance with the Mijas mayor's ordinance for water conservation.
