The complex is located in an excellent location being just a block from the beach and close to many shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the main town of La Cala.
The apartment is situated on the 1st floor accessed by stairs and arranged over 2 floors. Enter the light and spacious living area comprising of a kitchen, cloakroom and large lounge/diner. The lounge is furnished with a sofa, TV and dining table and chairs. The lounge leads out to the south facing terrace with another dining table and chairs. This terrace offers wonderful views over the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads out onto another terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs and steps up to the top terrace. The cloakroom is equipped with a shower unit in the bath.
