Welcome to this cozy townhouse in Fuengirola with a lovely sunny patio with its own entrance to the large pool area as well as tennis and basketball courts. The townhouse is located in the Castillo / Miramar area of Fuengirola in a quiet location but at the same time with proximity to life, the beach which is around 20 minutes walk away as well as the shopping center Miramar. Around the knot there are also several hiking trails that lead out to the incredibly beautiful Spanish hills. As you step in through the gate you are greeted by the beautiful white painted townhouse on 2 floors, through the door and to the left you are met by the well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer as well as everything you need to cook, right there is a toilet. Further from the kitchen, the cozy and social living room opens with a dining area for 4 to the left, a sofa bed and armchair opposite the fireplace (not in use) as well as a TV before coming to the cozy terrace with afternoon sun. On the terrace there are some plants as well as a table for 4 people and a private exit to the pool area where there is also a tennis court and basketball court. Upstairs you have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom where the master bedroom has a double bed and its own balcony with sea view, the second bedroom has a single bed and a queen size double bed. Another staircase upstairs you have your own roof terrace and laundry area with washing machine. The townhouse is otherwise fully equipped with WIF, A / C in all rooms, Washing machine, Free street parking, Pool and much more. The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person.
