Located in one of the best residential areas in the zone, you can enjoy two swimming pools (one for children), padel court, spacious gardens, closed community and direct access to 3 golf courses, one of them just 50 metres away. And the best part: the beach and urban centre of La Cala de Mijas are less than 1 km away, with supermarkets, restaurants, leisure and services of all kinds. Sandy beaches and coves ideal for snorkelling are less than 2 km away.



The swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and schedules established by the owners' community, which may vary according to season or internal decisions.



The interior of the accommodation offers a comfortable and bright layout. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern utensils and appliances, is integrated in a practical way with the dining area. The spacious living room, with large windows and clear views of the Málaga mountains, invites relaxation with comfortable sofas and direct access to a large terrace with a built-in barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with an unforgettable landscape.



The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms:

Master bedroom with a 1.80 m bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

Two additional bedrooms with 2 single beds each.

Additionally, it has a second full bathroom for greater comfort.



Free WiFi throughout the property and air conditioning is available in the living room and some bedrooms.

Booking Conditions

Parties and noise are not allowed during rest hours.

It is recommended to take out travel insurance in case of water restrictions decreed by the authorities.

IMPORTANT: Arrivals from 21:00h onwards involve an additional cost that must be paid upon entry.
