This ground floor studio (Cala Arena), 27 m², features a private patio adjoining the other studio's patio, separated by a fence for visual privacy. It includes a small pool (1.90 m x 1.30 m, 0.60 m deep), ideal for two people. Children must always be supervised by an adult, ensuring a peaceful, private outdoor space.
The property is just behind the Torreón de La Cala. The beach, restaurants, shops, and local services are all within walking distance.
La Noria Golf Club is 650 m away, Chaparral Golf Club 3.2 km, and Miraflores Golf 3.7 km.
The studio is ideal for 2 adults and accommodates up to 3 guests, with a small sofa bed (106 x 180 cm) suitable for children or teenagers. Not recommended for two adults or older children.
