Is it really nonsmoking?

Excellent customer service. Room was clean. Room did not smell like cigarette but the restroom did. Breakfast was good.

They double charge your credit card prior to stay!

I had to fill out paperwork and provide a copy of my ID prior to checkin. You charged my card for total bill a day before I arrived and was informed you were charging my card again for total night of stay, but it would be refunded back to my card in 7-10 business days. That is ridiculous! It was a major credit card. The room smelled like Fritos and whatever air freshener you use throughout the hotel is horrible smelling, they use this in elderly care facilities and it’s just horrible. Spend a few extra bucks and get a refreshing clean scent that other hotels use. The beds were very comfortable.

I liked the fact that it has a great location nearby everything you need including the airport, I didn’t like that guest are not entitled to water bottles and the rooms aren't clean , the chair inside of the room stained all over like it was picked up from the street and the mini fridge didn’t work , staff was great really helpful for everything they could

First of all, the elevator would only go up, not down. So either you had to take the stairs down or call the front desk and they would send the elevator up, then it would go down, so very inconvenient. Our first room, the key wouldn't work so they moved us to another floor. They did expect us to carry our suitcase up the stairs until I insisted on taking the elevator. Once we got into the room the TV did not work. I did let the front desk now, but nothing was done. Then when we went to lay down in the bed, the blankets were covered in makeup, so very dirty. We ended up getting our blankets from the car and sleeping only on the sheet. Again, I let the front desk know, but they had no concern. We woke up early to get out of this place. Would never stay there again.

The floors are filthy dirty. Needs shampooing. There were chips in the desk chair. There were also toenail/fingernail clippings on the floor between the beds. Obviously the room wasn't even vacuumed. I'm not happy to say the least.
