A nice weekend stay

We stayed at The Carriage House in Middletown, RI. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the public areas were beautifully maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which made check-in and our stay pleasant. However, the bathroom felt a bit dated, and the breakfast was disappointing. It consisted of cold pre-made sandwiches, snack bars, yogurt, and fruit, without even milk for the coffee. Overall, a comfortable place to stay, but the breakfast definitely needs improvement.

Stayed at the Carriage House Inn for 3 nights while visiting the Newport area The Inn was very clean and quiet. BJ checked us in and she was very helpful and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and especially appreciated the gluten free items and fruit. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

The property was convenient and affordable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included was not very good, however. And the property maintenance could have been better--a drawer pull was hanging down and almost disconnected from a drawer, a very obvious maintenance issue that hadn't been addressed.

We booked this place last minute and were pleasantly surprised! We were welcomed warmly, anything we asked for was provided, it was safe and comfortable. The lights in the hallways were a little bright at night as they shined in our room around the door and on Monday morning there were some loud noises in the early hours but other than that we found our stay to be completely satisfactory!

Clean and quiet. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly with great recommendations for the ares. The hotel is older so there aren't a ton of outlets in the room. Breakfast is basic, microwaveable sandwiches and granola bars.

There was an unfresh smell from the inn, the facility and the room were very simple, the toiletries was disappointing, but the worst was the staff and service there. We did not appreciate the unfriendly tone and unwelcome gesture there. We would not go back to this inn.
