Log House-2 bedroom near Medina Lake

A peaceful getaway on the edge of the Hill Country near Medina Lake! Enjoy over 55 acres of rugged Hill Country terrain to hike or explore on foot during the day and in the evening enjoy a campfire or the view of the bright stars from the dark night sky! Our log house has everything you will need except groceries! 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen), 1 full bathroom (tub/shower combo) and open concept living room/kitchen. We have a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans along with some spices and Keurig coffee pods. The kitchen has a full-size fridge/freezer (no ice maker), electric stove/oven, microwave, mixer but unfortunately no dishwasher. Our house has a full laundry room as well that guests get to use, please just provide your own soap. Our living area has 2 futons that fold down into beds or up for day use as a couch (extra linens in the closet). The living room also has a smart TV with Dish Network and a DVD player. The dining area is open to the kitchen and living area and has a table with 6 chairs. The kitchen also has a high bar with 2 barstools.
Our back patio features a table with 6 chairs and several other seating options to relax while watching the sun set. We also have a charcoal grill and firepit, we just ask that you bring your own charcoal. The front patio has a bench and table/chairs facing the fire pit. Outdoors we have a horseshoe area and corn hole set. We are pet friendly, we just ask that you pick up after them outdoors and do not allow them on the furniture. Please keep on leash when outside and other guest on the ranch. Our house is located down a rock driveway and behind an electric gate to keep livestock on the ranch. Need more room? We do not have lake access from this property, but we are located just 5 mins from Joe's Place & Red's Cove ($) . We are just 10 mins from Paradise Canyon ($) or Riverside Park ($) on the Medina River.....a great place to enjoy the water or picnic. Interested in renting kayaks or waterski lessons?
