While the property is nice and clean, we had two significant issues First, we had reserved a room with a King size bed, but were told that none were available and given a room with 2 queen beds. The room was fine, but I was charged for the higher priced King, and did not receive a refund, because I booked with Expedia. Second, at Midnight we were woken by a lot of noice in the room above us. The noise went on for 20 minutes and I finally called the front desk. I was told that a family with a dog had just checked in and they should settle down shortly. Well, they didn’t quiet down until almost 2:00 am. They hotel should try to put families and those with dogs on the first floor, so nobody is below them.

Very nice hotel located in a safe area

Clean comfortable rooms and bed. Nice shower with good water pressure. Conveniently located off the highway while traveling through on a longer trip. Located near several places to eat. In a very safe area. Free parking and breakfast.

Hotel is newer & very nice. Room was clean, fresh smelling and the heat/ac was quiet. Parking lot is well lit, friendly helpful staff and hot breakfast had many options.

Convenient location. However, if using Expedia to book be aware that the hotel system doesn’t always receive the booking information according to hotel check-in staff. Fortunately the hotel was able to accommodate our stay. Whether you use Expedia it’s best to call the location to confirm

This is a great place to take the kids for a winter getaway and go swim. Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bed...I have not had breakfast yet until the morning, but I'm betting it is good.

I would have given this hotel a little higher rating except for the mgr on duty the night we checked in. When we arrived, there was a note on the counter saying she’d be right back (she was getting a new batch of hot out of the oven cookies). I waited patiently… no big deal. My husband after unloading our vehicle came in and saw me still waiting. He without looking at the note on the counter… hit the bell. She was simultaneously coming around the corner. While I can’t call her response rude… she let us know that she was annoyed at us not “paying attention to her note”. We laughed at the whole thing. She didn’t think it was funny! Just think she could have handled it a tad better! The good news is.. room was clean, property well maintained.. beds & pillows were comfortable! I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in Crawfordsville.
